Bloom Alma Mini Crib for little gummi review

We chose the Bloom Alma Mini Crib because we wanted to find something for our newborn that would be an easy transition to a full size crib once the age limit was met. We have a nursery of course but we wanted a bedside, well, bed for her as well.

We opted for the Bloom Alma Mini Crib as a bassinet and it has been wondrous so far.
An interesting detail on the crib is that

it has wheels to maneuver between rooms that are optional for assembly. If you don’t want the hassle of moving Bebe from crib to bassinet to playpen, the Alma Mini is a great go-to.
After researching endless products we chose this mostly for the durability but some of the main features we liked was how the crib could be raised or lowered to grow with the child’s age. This model goes from 0 to 1 year, tentatively.
One of the more important things for me was an organic cotton mattress and for the generic bassinet that is not an easy find. What I like about the Bloom Mini is that all of the needed accessories such as the mattress, bumper and sheets are organic cotton.
One thing to note is that much like a regular crib, I’d suggest a bumper for this piece. While you can leave your Little to rest without one, we noticed that our girl likes to grab the slats on the crib so we opted for a bumper.

We recommend adding the Bloom Alma Mini Crib bumper in organic white which you can purchase here

**Babys Den carries bumpers for all of the Bloom Alma beds.

The Bloom Alma Mini Crib is available here and in multiple colors.
I rated down for aesthetics because while the crib does have a sleek and modern look, the hinges that allow for folding stand out quite a bit. It would had been nice to have some that matched the color of the crib.
